MARCH 27, 2026 - 'UPDATES' PAGE
Forgive me, we are so busy displaying all our new plants in the sales area, that it might be a couple days before I am able to add the specifics for each plant on the corresponding page.... Thanks for understanding,
Mary (Phil's Mom/Website tech - Ha!)
JUST ARRIVED: Camellias, Hydrangea bushes, Clematis, Nandina, grasses and groundcovers, including Black Mondo, Periwinkle and Blue Star Creeper. I will update those pages once we have put plants in the sales area so I am exact on the sizes....watch this space!
STRAWBERRIES ARE HERE - ALL-STAR and the EVERBEARING EVERSWEET varieties are in edibles area $5 or 5 for $20
OUR HOOD STRAWBERRIES - looks like it might be mid-April before we feel they are a good size to sell - watch this space.
Arrived last week - Close to a thousand fruiting plants and vines including thornless boysenberries and honeyberries - All priced either $10 or $15, and all planted in generous one gallon containers - very nice sized plants. Our customers tell us these are the best value around! Super-healthy, too. See the 'Fruit Plants/Edibles' page.
Looking for pretty flowering trees? Most are $25 or $35, none over $50. Our grafted Weeping Cherry (a very petite tree with pink or white flowers) is a waterfall of blossoms right now. An ideal gift for Easter - the one Phil (my son) gave me on Mother's Day last year is in full bloom by my front entry. My other favorites include 9 different varieties of Dogwoods - including Natives - all for $35. See the 'Trees' pages for our current offering and special prices, then come see us at the nursery Thursday through Monday.
BAMBOO BONANZA!!! The best deal you'll find on potted screening bamboo that is now about 6 to 7 feet tall. Phil has a special price of only $50 each - this includes ALL of the 275 bamboo plants that were delivered the past 2 weeks. Check out the 'Bamboo-Screening' Page which I've just updated with current varieties.
And of course, we are known for our blueberry selection - always suitable ones for our local conditions, plus for colder areas of the Pacific Northwest. (And our Honeyberries are a terrific alternative if you live in a very frigid zone.) We had about 800 1 gallon size blueberry bushes delivered last week and yes, they are still only $10 for 1 gallon size, $25 for the 3 year bushes in 2 gallon pots. See the 'Blueberry Bushes' page.
